Why I built Nova Pulse Agent.

My journey began in Abbotsford in 1984. I joined my father’s brokerage for two simple reasons: to work alongside my dad and to experience the profound satisfaction of handing a family the keys to their first home.

But as I moved from Agent to Managing Broker, I noticed a heartbreaking pattern. I saw bright, talented people enter this industry with high hopes, only to burn out and lose their confidence within months.

I realized the problem wasn't a lack of tools—it was a lack of alignment. Success in real estate isn't about following a universal script; it’s about functioning in your unique strengths.
